Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl-October 2016-BBC an international provider of software solutions to the healthcare industry with a specialization in population health management through the utilization of advanced gaming tools is joining The Fenwick Group in providing industry solutions for corporations, healthcare providers and insurance companies.

This combination brings together two great companies with company cultures, complementary skill sets and a deep expertise in professional services, strategy and solutions development to the healthcare market at all levels.

Over the last several years Fenwick and BBC have worked together on several projects for companies like Humana, Aetna, Beacon Health Options, Care Innovations and many others across the healthcare spectrum. Given the blending of Fenwick’s strategy, consulting, professional services with BBC’s software consulting, design, implementation and servicing both organizations believed the timing was right to formally come together to bring a formal and coordinated approach to this rapidly changing industry.

Fenwick Group, LC and Breaking Bread Consultants, LLC will be equal partners in the Joint Venture and will be governed by the Principals.
