The Fenwick Group, a leading provider of consulting services and software development in the healthcare, media and financial service industries is pleased to announce the agreement between Fenwick Group, LC and Breaking Breading Consultants to provide software solutions to the healthcare industry with a particular focus on consumer and employee health and wellness.
For the last several years BBC (Breaking Bread Consultants) and Fenwick have worked on many projects together for Fortune 100 companies and vendors to those companies that provide health and wellness solutions. Over time both companies have realized that it made sense to formalize the work we have been doing to better serve our mutual client base and leverage that work across the industry as a whole.
Prior to formalizing this announcement both companies made a strategic decision to quietly work with several clients on a solution set of products and services that met their unique needs, but revolved around a set of cornerstone templates that our work over the years has developed. We took two distinct paths in this effort. The first being a health & wellness licensed portal where our client can purchase a customized health and wellness portal to serve its constituency being either a set of clients and their employees that they serve as a vendor, or for a large corporate client that manages its employee health and wellness programs directly. This portal consists of a set of robust coaching tools, health risk assessments, action centers, nutrition programs, social media tools, behavior change programs and general health and wellness content all surrounded by gaming techniques, reward systems and incentive programs that continually are managed at the individual client level with robust analytic tools for ongoing program management and refinement coupled with detailed reporting for management.
The second evolution of our licensed product for health and wellness management was for smaller companies and vendors to those companies. We modified our comprehensive licensed product to work in a SaaS environment where we can white label our platform for multiple company partners who do not have the means or desire to manage their own system. Rapid implementation at substantially reduced pricing to our licensed products has been well received in the market.
